Please be informed that we don't have any corporate papers yet for USTEHS Batch 76 that is why it is under my name.  This was previously discussed and approved by Fe Mariano to immediately facilitate the opening of the account.

 

As to the deposit procedures, the following shall be observed:

 

Depositing Batchmates:

1.  Go to the nearest BDO Branch.

2.  Deposit the amount of P1,000.00 to Savings Account No. 2400015194

3.  Ensure that you have the duplicate copy of the validated deposit slip

1.  Upon receipt of the call, text, or e-mail message from the paying batchmates, immediately update the passbook to ascertain that the deposit has been made.

3.  On a weekly basis (i.e., Monday of the following week), transmit deposit report (paid batchmates and outstanding balance of the account) to the Core Group.
